Client Service Manager - Waste Management

Seeking an experienced consultant to help lead our Waste Management practice. This position involves managing project teams and a strong existing staff, providing senior consulting experience to projects and developing staff resources. This individual will also be expected to cultivate existing relationships with our clients and to build new relationships within the regional client base.

The Client Service Manager (CSM) focus is to ensure that we are the client's consultant-of-choice, that we have a thorough understanding of the client's consulting needs and are seen as their best advocate for accomplishing their goals.
1. Understand the client's full range of consulting needs.
2. Understand the client's organization and decision-making styles and process.
3. Develop and maintain consistent relationships with key decision-makers at staff and political levels.
4. Identify opportunities to influence and create the client's perception.
5. Develop strategies to expose the client to the full-range of capabilities offered by the firm.
6. Maintain an understanding of regulations and other external drivers that may affect the client.
7. Develop a Tactical Action Plan (TAP), establish a budget and manage the effort to budget.
8. Become aware of competitors working for the client
