Job Summary:

Manages collection routes and driver/laborer performance on a daily basis.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Organizes and supervise drivers to ensure customer service.
- Teamwork and interaction with co-workers is a must.
- Coordinate with Division/District Manager to ensure health and safety of drivers and compliance with company and government regulations (DOT).
- Monitors drivers productivity goals and performance.
- Motivate and counsel drivers at the site.
- Participate in improving operations and implementing best practices.
- Assist in day to day development of drivers.
